How does the subscription model work?
You schedule a Discovery Call and then you choose a monthly package (10, 20, or 30–35 hours per month) based on your needs. Hours are tracked, and unused hours don’t roll over — this ensures we stay focused on your most important priorities each month. If you need extra time, additional hours can be purchased at your package rate.

Can I change my subscription level?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at the start of any billing cycle.

What types of tasks do we handle?
